Barbie Fairies Ball
Barbie Fairies Ball
Flower fairy is the specific brief, not fairy in general, and the narrowing helps.
Barbie is hosting a fairy themed birthday ball and going as a flower fairy herself, so the wardrobe leans on petal shapes, soft greens and pinks, and wings sized to match. Makeup is a separate stage rather than a fixed face, which is where the theme either lands or does not: a fairy face wants colour on the eyes and almost nothing on the lips.
Wings are the one piece that can ruin a good outfit. Choose them before the dress, not after.

Frequently asked questions
What kind of fairy is she dressed as?
A flower fairy, which is the set theme for the party. The wardrobe and wings are built around petals and garden colours rather than generic sparkle.
