The first two stages are familiar: a long facial beauty routine, then an evening outfit for a date with somebody she has not met. Standard makeover structure, carefully done. Then it adds a third step its siblings skip, choosing a present, and suddenly you are making a decision about a person rather than about fabric.
None of it is scored and nothing is saved. What you are left with is one dressed character and one object she is carrying, which is a slightly odd and rather good way to end a date night game.
