Dressing one character is a wardrobe problem. Dressing a group is a design problem, and this is one of the few games on the site that hands you the second one.
The squad has to read as a squad. That means something repeating across all of them, a colour, a silhouette, a length, while each one still looks like herself. Match them too closely and it becomes a uniform. Let them drift and they stop being a group at all. The gap between those two failures is narrow and it is where the game lives.
Start by choosing the one thing they will share, then dress each character around it.
