Design, not dressing. You start from a blank scarf and build it, and nothing in the game wears clothes.
The order matters more than it appears to. Shape first, since a long wrap and a short snood take pattern completely differently, then fabric, then colour, then the patterns and decorative pieces on top. Put a busy pattern on a short scarf and most of it vanishes into the folds, which is the one mistake worth avoiding.
Egirlgames, free, plays on a phone. There is no scoring and no ending, so the scarf is finished when you say it is. Screenshot it, because nothing is stored.
