Anna and Elsa dropped into the present with no sense of how people dress, which is a better joke than it first appears because the two of them fail at it differently.

Elsa's whole look is a single colour and a single silhouette, so anything modern reads as a costume on her unless you keep that discipline. Anna is more adaptable and less distinctive, so she risks disappearing into ordinary clothes entirely. Solving both at once is the game.
