Raven Queen comes from Ever After High, where the hook is a girl refusing the wicked role she inherited, and the wardrobe carries that: dark, but not gothic for the sake of it.

Makeup is a stage of its own and it opens the game. Smoky lids, black mascara, blush and bronzer, then lipstick, and only after all that does the outfit come up, followed by accessories. Building the face first suits this character, because a heavy eye sets how strong the clothes then have to be.
