Back to School No Uniform Day

Uniform rules lift for a single day, and the princesses have to decide what they actually wear when nobody is telling them.

That is a harder brief than it sounds. A school outfit has to survive a full day of sitting, walking and being looked at by people who see you every morning, so the wardrobe here leans practical: skirts, jumpers, jackets, trainers and boots rather than gowns. Mixing across the girls is where it gets interesting, since a top that reads plain on one of them reads deliberate on another.
