Dresses and outfits are in the fashion store, footwear is in the shoe shop next door, and the accessories are scattered through the rest. Nothing is available until you have walked to the right door, which turns a dress up game into a short errand.

Use the arrow keys to move Ellie and Kevin around the main square of the town. Go into the fashion store first and try the dresses and outfits there, since the shoes and accessories have to match whatever you settle on. Visit the shoe store next door for footwear, then work through the remaining shops for accessories. Screenshot the finished look before you leave, as nothing is stored.
