Four characters, not one, and every one of them needs a face before she needs a swimsuit.

The makeup is its own layer and you work through all four girls in turn, which is the part people underestimate: by the third face you are making decisions to differentiate rather than to flatter. Then comes the beachwear, drawn from a shared wardrobe, so the four looks are competing for the same pieces. At the end a jury delivers a verdict, which puts this in the small group of dress up games that finish on a result.
