Summer wardrobes are the easiest thing to get wrong in a dress up game, because every piece in them is simple and there is nowhere to hide.

The stock is dresses, tops, skirts and a deep accessories drawer, spread across several princesses. Nothing else is layered on: no design stage, no separate makeup, no judging, so it is pure wardrobe. Mix and match until something works, then move to the next girl.

With this little structure, set yourself a rule. One strong colour and two neutrals, or one printed piece per outfit. A self imposed limit turns aimless browsing into something you can actually finish.
