How to play Design My Tutu Skirt
Choose the fabric and the base colour first, since the ruffles and trims layer on top of them and cannot be swapped without redoing the rest. Add the decorative pieces sparingly. A tutu carries volume already, so trims read as clutter faster than they would on a flat skirt. When the skirt is done, open the wardrobe and pick the top last, matching it to the skirt rather than the other way round.
